V. Events
(i) Zhuque Square: Healthy Run to Welcome the Olympic Games
(ii) on the South Gate Citywall: men and women’s 5 KM; men and women’s 13.7 km (a circle of the Citywall); men and women’s Semi-journey marathon; star enterprise 5 KM relay race.
VI. Run Route
(i) Healthy Run: start from the front of the east gate of Zhuque Square (the starting point), through the north of the stadium–out of the west gate of Zhuque Square—the east of Zhuque Rd.,--the crossing of Huancheng Rd., and Zhuque Gate, and back to the front of the east gate of Zhuque Square along the original route (the terminal).
(ii) 5 KM: start from the east of the South Gate, through Wenchang Gate---Heping Gate---Jianguo Gate---150 m far from the south of the East Gate, back to the terminal along the original route.
(iii) 13.7 KM: start from the east of the South Gate, through Wenchang Gate—Heping Gate—Jianguo Gate—East Gate—Chaoyang Gate—North Gate—Yuxiang Gate—West Gate—Hanguang Gate, and arrive at the west of the South Gate (the terminal).
Semi-journey Marathon: start from the east of the South Gate, through Wenchang Gate—Heping Gate—Jianguo Gate—East Gate—Chaoyang Gate—North Gate to the place 400 m far from the south of the Yuxiang Gate, and back to the east of the South Gate along the original route(the terminal).
(v) Star Enterprise 5 KM Relay Race: the same as 5 KM.
VII. Competition Way
(i) The competition shall accord with the latest regulations of track-and-field competition examined and approved by China Track-and Field Association.
(ii) All participants shall wear No. cloth and symbol made by the competition committee.

5. Star Enterprise 5 KM Relay Race: 5 persons for each team, no limitation to the number of teams, 1 KM for each person.
(iii) Domestic applier shall take along ID card and health statement by medical department at county level and above, team applier shall take along letter of introduction or certificate by your working unit.
(iv) Foreign participants shall show valid identity certificate and health certificate.
(v) Applying Fee: RMB20/Person (the competition committee will provide uniform competing dresses and other items for all participants).
IX. Placing and Award
(i) Healthy Run Team: no placing award but only lottery, and there are several for the first, second and third place respectively with corresponding material awards.
(ii) For other events, only the top eight are wanted, awarding with bonus or prizes and certificates respectively.
1. 5 KM: award RMB 1,000 for the first place; RMB 800 for the second place; RMB 500 for the third place; and corresponding prizes shall be awarded to the fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh and the eighth place.
2. 13.7KM：award RMB 5,000 for the first place; RMB 3,000 for the second place; RMB 1,000 for the third place; and corresponding prizes shall be awarded to the fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh and the eighth place.
3. Semi-journey Marathon: award RMB 6,000 for the first place; RMB 4,000 for the second place; RMB 2,000 for the third place; and corresponding prizes shall be awarded to the fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh and the eighth place.
(iii) 13.7 Record Breaking Award: certificate and prize (it refers to break the highest record in 2006).
(iv) Organizing Prize for 13.7 KM and Semi-journey Marathon: material awards shall be offered to the unit with 50 participants and above.
X. Others
(i) All relating expenditures during the competition shall be paid by participants themselves.
(ii) The committee has insured the life accident insurance for all participants.
XI. It’s the organizers’ responsible to explain the regulation.
XII. Any other things happened beyond this regulation shall wait for the further notice.

1. I apply for “2007 China· Xi’an Citywall International Marathon Challenge” of my free will and understand there are special requirements to the health conditions and potential risk factors.
2. I will consciously and strictly comply with all regulations of the competition and have well prepared and trained for it. Examined by hospital at county level and above, I am pretty well in my physical condition and am able to participate in this activity. I agree to undertake any accidental risk of myself and won’t claim any indemnity, or investigate and deal with any legal responsibility.
3、I agree that the competition committee has the right to conduct propaganda by making use of my name, portrait, audio and video.
